HR is a fast-growing career nowadays and offers many opportunities. HR professionals are hired to deal with business functions related to employees. A job as an HR professional is one of the most respected and important in an organization. They are in charge of some vital tasks such as identifying and hiring new talent for the company and coordinating between the management and the employees. Some of the major reasons why I choose a career in HR:- 1) I love making new hires feel welcome and ready to join the team. 2) HR is the opportunity to influence innumerable aspects of the organization, 3)Earning above average salary 4) I will have the power chance to change someone's life by hiring him or her. 5) I can develop the people around me. the development of its employees, and to play a part in influencing strategic business decisions. 6)The industry is experiencing steady growth Day by day. 7) HR professionals have the opportunity to guide others on their job. 8) I like to deal with or interact with different kind of people and the HR profession constantly revolve around interacting with people, whether it’s conducting job interviews or assisting current employees with complaints or questions.
